Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms that we received your request; acceptance occurs when we confirm or fulfill the order. If an item is unavailable or an obvious error affects an order, we may contact you to correct it or cancel and refund any payment collected for the canceled item, in accordance with applicable law.

Our published offers are applied automatically when the applicable conditions are met. You do not need to enter a discount code.

15% offAfter a successful email subscription, the subscriber discount applies sitewide, not only to a first purchase, subject to the offer's applicable conditions.

20% offSelected promotional products receive their advertised discount automatically when eligible.

Promotional discounts are not promised to stack. If an item qualifies for more than one offer, the reduction applied at checkout is governed by the actual promotion configuration and any disclosed exclusions. Check the final checkout total before confirming payment.

Every Pawqera order includes free shipping, with a stated delivery timeframe of 3–5 calendar days.

The delivery timeframe reflects our standard service commitment. Delivery may be affected by address issues, carrier interruptions, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If a problem arises, we will help review the available order information and options.

Check your confirmation details carefully. If you need to change an address or cancel an order, contact support promptly. A requested change may not be possible after processing or shipment has begun, subject to applicable cancellation rights.

We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days. Our team can explain the available process, help identify your order, and guide you through the next step.

Days of support for eligible return and exchange requests, without a return or exchange fee under our stated policy.

When requesting a return or exchange, please provide your order details and describe the issue. Do not send an item to an address without first receiving the appropriate return instructions. Any legally required remedy remains available regardless of these instructions.
